Starting to think its a glitch because no way would the game devs make you play like this for hours ...I got the permanent-glitch-effect bug after the 3rd part of the SCSM Brendan quest, that triggered the glitch effect like a defense-mechanism, and at the same time, I was dealing with three gang-members that were nearby and got aggro during the fight with the hooligan, forcing me to move a few meters away from Brendan.The relic malfunction is supposed to go away eventually, but in my game it hasn’t gone yet. The screen is still glitchy and whatnot. I’ve tried everything I could think of to get it to go away, like loading into a previous save, turning the game on and off, fast traveling, but no such luck. Has anyone else experienced this yet, and if so do ....
