You might have a daily card limit, that's why you only see 20. Change the limit to 9999999999 or whatever you can fit and should be able to see the whole deck. This doc has a lot of free stuff. I'd highly suggest at least 1 day off every week where you don't do anything Anki/MCAT related. This will take you about 4-5 months to finish ANKI. I'd also do flash cards on all passage ...You can definitely get a 515+ with Miledown. Both Miledown and I scored a 515+. Remember that anki is just a tool for content review. You supplementing your content review with books is a great way to go beyond Miledown's deck. Just make sure that you get adequate practice and review in. It really helps with consolidating vocabulary.I like using Milesdown. I feel like making the cards takes a lot of time that I just won't honestly commit to and that deck is fantastically formatted. Maybe if you're redoing content review you can also make your own decks for topics you keep getting wrong or something but use the Milesdown deck to at least get your startedMy Family Medicine Deck.
